Ryosuke Kobayashi
Ryo took part in a course at Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery in AZ, USA. This course taught its students guitar making process and some of repair works.
After coming back to Japan he worked under Kenji Sugita, one of the finest guitar makers in Japan.
And then he did an apprenticeship program under a world renowned luthier, Sergei de Jonge, to elevate his skills and knowledge more. He learned french-polishing skills as well at that time.
Ryo is now making about 10 guitars a year in Japan.
Each of the guitars are handmade, tuned up carefully with chladni method and french-plished by himself.
